This is a collaboration of offerings from Yoga Instructor, Marcus Serrano, and Sound Alchemist, SuperNova Sarah. We are here to be of service and offer a safe space to engage one’s Self deeper than ever before – Body, Mind, Soul & Spirit.
A dynamic combination of Vinyasa and Yin Yoga’s to balance the Yin & Yang in your practice. The first half of class is dedicated to a vinyasa styled practice; linking breath with movement to create internal heat. While the second half of class winds down into a yin/restorative styled yoga; where gentle stretches are held for an elongated period of time allowing the pose to sink into deep fascia tissues and release negative emotion and stress.
The harmonic vibrations of the Gong and other divine sound healing tools, which SuperNova Sarah utitlizes to create a full sound immersion, can bring stress and pain relief, improve symptoms of depression, repair DNA, spark new creative ideas and help to bring clarity to those areas of your life you may be unsure about. Come raise your energy levels and gift your Self some YOU time.
Together this full experience can and will bring about deep inner transformation on a cellular and energetic level helping to bring your energy into a balanced, more harmonious flow. Be ready for #PositiveChange to enter your life. And remember….You deserve it!
