This Full Moon is in Capricorn, bringing us the energy to help us trust more in ourselves, to help us remain grounded and centered and to create our dreams here in this physical reality. Let go of the old and move forward with confidence!

No prior experience, effort or practice is required to participate, everyone welcome! The gong does not conflict with any religious beliefs, it simply quiets the mind. Simply relax comfortably and breathe deeply for a healing sound experience of the gong.

We will be in the back, so walk to left side of building and through the gate on your right!
What to BRING:
Wear loose, comfortable clothing
Something comfortable to lay on (yoga mat, blankets, etc)
Bring anything you like to help make yourself comfortable & to be warm (blankets, pillows, etc.) Chairs are available
Also a good idea to have a bottle of water (with a lid)!
**Lots of people like to bring their crystals and/or sacred items to connect with them deeper and supercharge them in the #gong vibes
