Makapu’u Lighthouse Trail
Swim under the Full Moon. Connect to the healing, purifying essence of the ocean. A break from the daily routine to experience something sacred. To connect with your own spirit. To rest in sisterhood. Together we will bless the water and allow the water to bless us.
Each month during the Full Moon we gather as women and sisters to reconnect with ourselves in nature. Together we create a Temple – a place where we are free to be who we are, believe what we believe and to explore our own essence. To experience divinity on our own terms.
We gather at the Easternmost tip of the island – at Makapu’u. This point has long been considered a place with special Mana. We park outside the parking lot (it will close for the night) and gather at the first gate, closest to the road. From there we walk together to our temple spot.
Consider wearing white. Consider bringing something of your own to honor the water. Perhaps an instrument, a flower or a song. If you wish to put something in the water, it needs to be 100% biodegradable (no lanterns).
Suggested donation is $25. Your donation goes to supporting sisterhood and enable women to gather in a way that strengthens, supports and honors each of us. Your donation is appreciated from the heart.
Please be on time for this sacred event.
