We are honored to now be offering TWO Sacred Sound Journeys a month @ Sun Yoga Hawaii!!! This way we can work together to create a momentum of inner transformation following the Moon Cycles! ♥ Keep your eyes out for the next Full Moon Sacred Sound Journey as well!
The New Moon is always a great time to go within, gift your Self time alone or with close friends, and make the decisions to begin planting new seeds of intention for these next stages of your life journey.
TONIGHT the #NewMoon will be in #Leo encouraging you to shine and stand tall in your power of your individual conscious Self. A LOT of awareness and growth has come forward for many, if not all, of us this month. Let us utilize this momentum of growth & the power of Leo-The Sun to keep building and creating our new Self. Creativity should be at an all time high! Allow your Self to feel the fire, the passion and enthusiasm that may arise. It would be a wise choice to get a half hour of meditation in the warmth of the sun today as well!
COLORS to focus on this New Moon are Royal Purple, Royal Blue & Orange.
—> I will have crystals available for you to work with which are also for purchase if you wish to take them home and continue working with them.
CRYSTALS that can enhance the power of the LEO MOON are Amber, Citrine, Jasper, Peridot, Petrified Wood, Pyrite, & Emerald. (**I have some powerful Amber & Peridot beads – along w/others – if you want your own special bracelet made for your energetic needs. I can have it ready by the event = $25)
Essential Oil: Jasmine – Helping you to remember your Soul’s original intention (I have Joy blend EO from Young Living which has Jasmine, & it smells amazing! I can make little bottles – $8ea)
**Having your pens & journals handy is good to help you remember your journey!
No prior experience, effort or practice is required to participate, everyone welcome! The gong does not conflict with any religious beliefs, it simply quiets the mind. Simply relax comfortably and breathe deeply for a healing sound experience of the gong.

—>Please Arrive Early to find parking and get settled in! We only have the space for 1.5 hrs, so it is important to start on time. Mahalos!
**Wear loose, comfortable clothing. Chairs may be available. Most people prefer to lie on a yoga mat for a gong meditation. Bring anything you like to help make yourself comfortable (blankets, pillows, etc.) when on the floor! It is also a good idea to have a bottle of water (with a lid)!
