Ecstatic Dance is an opportunity to move authentically, exactly as your body feels called! Anything goes in Ecstatic Dance! When we move from this place of authenticity, not only is it ridiculously fun, it is healing for the mind, body, and spirit! The Dance is a Practice, and the Dance is a Journey! Are you Ready?

We start with Qi Gong led by Sage Bee. From here we Transform what we have found into Movement, as we enter into the dance! Get ready cause the musical stylings of the most fabulous Rev. Dr. DJ. Skillz, Esq. (AKA Liam Skilling) are sure to get your toes tapping and your hips shaking!
We end by looking inside with Sound Healing, and Meditation led by Sage Bee, with Bamboo Flute & Healing Vocals . . .
