 Join us on the sports field at Kapiolani Park, nestled near the rear of the Shell (as if you wanted to hear the show at the Shell without going in). Walk from the Tennis courts on Kalakaua or the little parking lot on Paki ave, into the open field, guided by the map pin for visual assistance. Look for the lights and follow the music, especially as dusk settles in!

 Ecstatic Dance is an invitation to move authentically, embracing your body’s call to dance freely! No rules apply here—just let go.

 Discover the joy of invigorating exercise, liberation of mind and body, and connection with both self and community. Fearlessly dance in our judgment-free zone, allowing yourself to play, leap, roll, twerk, and move uninhibited.

 Our focus is on cultivating a community space for healthy living and fostering a respectful environment where authenticity thrives in a dynamic group setting.

 We commence the experience with an opening circle to ignite communal energy! Then we embark on a dance journey with the music, a wave that begins gently, rises in intensity, and concludes with a soothing sound healing session.

 This week, we’re honored to have Sage Bee ending our dance with a Crystal Bowl Sound Bath!

 

ENERGY EXCHANGE:
$15 – $40 at the altar (tax-deductible for our non-profit; inquire for a receipt). No one is turned away for lack of funds.

 No talking on the dance floor
 Drug-Free, Smoke-Free, Alcohol-Free
 No Photos or Videos
 Respect the space and each other
 Dance however you wish
 If you’d rather not dance with someone, express gratitude with hands in prayer at your heart
