This month, our theme is wordless connection. In a world that is sometimes so noisy, we can forget the powerful sense of connection that comes from sharing a moment of silence. How effortless and beautiful being together can be, and how our bodies and spirits need to FEEL connection rather than only experiencing it through our minds and words.

Together we will enjoy:
*Sister Yoga (nourishing and gentle)
*Connecting our hearts in meditation
*Exchanging massages
*Melting into a pile of relaxation together

We will finish up with a potluck and talk story (or perhaps we will just enjoy the silence).
