In Sharing Circle, we connect with 4 to 15 others. Activities include: briefly learning everyone’s name, ~10-15 min meditation, group and/or one-on-one sharing what’s real, eye gazing, chakra toning, practicing non-violent communication, other offerings . . . & a 3 to 5 minute swaying/ singing / humming . . . closing circle to a hand-picked song.

This is a safe and confidential space.
